vvk1 ji song is infact composed by Naushad sahab. With this film Majrooh sahab and Naushad came together after some 20 years. Before this film they work together in 1948 classic Andaz. (Dilip Saheb & Rajkapoor along with Nargis were the star cast of Andaz.)

singer, but a certain singer that I would not name, compelled them to use
only her voice so that she could dominate the Hindi Film world, out of a
huge population, could we possibly have just two female singers for
