This won't be an exact definition and I could be wrong. Basically she's telling him that he has to stay hers and in the song she's basically threating to commit suicide if he leaves. The scene before the song, I think, she had "tried" to slit her wrists and he came back because of it and so she threatens to do it again if he leaves.
