But it doesnt make sense. In the film AAA, kishore kumars voice was
picturised on amitabh throughout the whole film. In the song 'humko tumse
hogaya hai pyar,' he sang amitabhs part, in 'my name is anthony gonsalves'
it was amitabhs song, in the main song amar akbarb ant, he once again sang
amitabhs part. so why would laxmipyare give a song that was picturised for
rishi kapoor to kishore? doesnt make sense. even if what u say is correct,
it doesnt make sense.

THE all time hit Qawwali for me. THanks very much indeed. The unique Rishi,
with unique expressive eyes and fervour of love, the unique Mukheree, the
father and the great 'Anthony Bhai', all from the truly great director ( I
forgot his name - is it Manmohan Singh ? ) Great rythm, lyrics and great
dynamism on the stage by Rishi. It is the HUMAN element that is
captivating, so please, all small minded bigots, lay off with negative
comments.

Well said. Kishore would never have declined a song due to its
difficulty. I mean if the guy can sing songs like 'mere naina saawan bhado'
and 'koi hota jisko apna' then there really is no logic to whether he
'could not' have sung this particular one. And if what this wally has
said is true about Kishore giving the song to Rafi, maybe he did... out of
sympathy. I mean come on man, Kishore cant sing everything ! Rafi was a
fading star and Kishore knew that.
