When Draupadi bloomed, a maiden in her prime,
King Drupada declared, to lords of every clime:
A spinning fish, above a pool of oil,
Its mirrored form, the arrow's destined spoil.
He who can pierce the eye, and strike with might,
Shall claim Draupadi, a prize of pure delight.

Warriors gathered, from every time and place.
Draupadi, garland in her brother's hand,
Like lightning flashed, across that hallowed land.
Then Karna rose, a son of humble birth,
But pride denied him, by this earthly girth.

A light ignited, in a humble role.
Then Arjuna came, a vision pure and clear,
From those two eyes, a love dispelled all fear.
He saw the form, the shadow's fragile guise,
And pierced the target, before their very eyes.
The wedding horns, a symphony of sound,
When Draupadi bloomed, her destined love was found.
