@DaRealDeal2008 was just going through comments and saw urs. Its true that Buddhism is not a religion. Its a philosophy. However Buddha wasnt sent by the Almighty or any other God. And Buddha was there long before King Asoka. King Asoka promoted and spread the message about what was already there.
