Please Note: There was two Ratanbai. one singer and other one mother of
Shobhana Samarth . Singer Ratanbai name was Imambandi (a mujra
singer/tawayaf). Later she was married to Hafij ji, a small time Director.
At the end she died a pauper. Sad.
(2) A mother of Shobhana Samarth = Ratanbai, married to Dr. Prabhakar
Shilotri, A bank manager/owner. Govt. auditors found several discrepancies
and eventually he went to prison, where he died. Thus Shilotri's fell from
being a family of riches to rags - literally overnight. So Ratanbai and
Saroj came to Ratanbai brother house (Dinkar Jaywant, father of Nalini
Jaywant). Saroj got married to Kumarsen Samarth, a Germany trained
Cinematographer and a handsome person. Saroj became Shobhana Samarth. And
she is a mother of famous actresses Nutan and Tanuja.

Excellent ! I have been listening to this popular bhajan in the last few
years at a local gathering in the local singers' voices, however, it is a
pleasure to listen to several versions back-to-back in one upload. Any song
in Meena Kapoor's sweet voice is a treat to listen to, great to hear it in
Purushottam Das Jalota's (Anup Jalota's father) robust yet melodious voice,
and of course, in other voices as well. Thanks, MKji.
