I had heard this song in about 1974 and used to sing it when I used to walk on rail tracks alone. One day a train came too close, I heard no noise. Due to my remaining life, I moved out in time...I knew no meaning and there was no chance of seeing the movie. Only source was radio Short Wave! I had no clue when it will be played. Still the song with all its lines is in my mind. I loved it. The lovely voice of Rafi. The song ideally should have been a soul rendering romantic one, not a comic one.
