This is the greatest song ever..! It gives me goose-pimples every time I
listen to it...especially the second stanza! Mohammad Rafi saab himself
regarded it as his best song, as I heard him saying in a radio interview!
But the most striking thing about the interview was that, for all his
projected 'voice-power' in the songs, Rafi saab actually spoke in such a
soft, gentle voice, and for all his fame, he exuded such humility!
Listening to him was truly an 'inspirational moment' for me!
