it is composed by S.D.Burman. He was confused as to how to begin this song.

Watched this song so many times but ever noticed that the entire song is
shot in one shot..i.e. not cut in between the camera movement is non stop
from the start to end. Such a difficult task to plan all the camera
movements along with the position of the characters and if any expressions
