I feel like a lot of people are judging Vidya and they don't even know that
she's doing this stuff for her role. Read the title of the movie and get a
hint. And those saying she's fat, the actress she's representing in this
movie wasn't stick thin, so think about WHY she's "fatter"... And finally
stop bringing up Katrina, she has nothing to do with this movie. I don't
see why every single actress in Bollywood has to be compared to Katrina
nowadays. She's okay, but not the best...

Dirty movie isn't some b grade film but showing the insights of certain
true events of south indian film actress and how is this categorised cheap?
it has a strong narrative, superb cast, absolute reason for a big actress
to show case her talent. It isn't easy to do such cheesy roles and acting
in front of a camera. Acting has no barrier and finally one bollywood
actress has proved that with grace and dignity by being so versatile.

choice of films hold far ahead of such item tracks where katrina and such
actresses just come dance, and dress up well. it takes a real actor to
portray the character of 'silk' of dirty picutre. Watch the film and
understand the concept before making an assumption!

Never felt such strong admiration for any actor/actress as much as I feel
now for Vidya after watching her performance in The Dirty Picture!!
Excellent, such a fine actress. Beautiful looking as welll.. never
