time ago these movies were destroyed either in fire accident or they were
disolved in some solvent to extract silver ...

@sudarshandatta Absolutely agree with you. Saigal and Surraiya gave the
best renditions of this classic Ghalib ghazal. Saigal in 'gayaki' style,
and Surraiya in her straightforward simple style. Both were so expressive..

Many thanks to Kpm5866, for giving us this unique and extraordinary ghazal from the most loved and greatest Urdu poet/shair Mirza Assadullah Khan Ghalib, no match to his genious YET.

This is divine. no body has come closer to kl saigal in singing nukta e
