Lata Mangeshkar was the perfect voice for this song. And yes, Salil Choudhary was truly an underrated and composer. Hats off to Basuda for giving us movies that make you think, laugh, cry and see life with all its flourishes, and faults with such simplicity. If Salilda was underrated, then Basuda could be called understated for his uniquely subtle artistic bent.

@snehse Its the footage of erstwhile Bombay. We would always see similar
scenes in Documentaries on Television showing BEST buses and trains packed
with office goers... and the famous traffic signal pedestrian crossing of
VT. I refuse to call Bombay under its new christened name of Mumbai. Bombay
it was and Bombay it is. It basically take out the whole essence of Bombay
and its numerous memorable era's while referring it to as the new name.
