I am Australian and first heard this song Desh Ki Dharti when my Indian friend Ajit brought this video to my place about seven years ago. Though I did not understand the words of the song, I requested Ajit to transalate it. The words are so uplifting to the extent whenever Ajit sand it, it brought tears to his eyes. Ajit is back in India since - perhapd he was home sick. BUT THAT VOICE of Mahindra Kapoor still haunts me. Never hears a voice like that in the 70 nyears of my life.
