Fantastic! I am a big fan of Jaidev who did not get as much recognition as
he deserved. Songs of Hum Dono, Kinare Kinare, Prem Parbat, Mujhe Jeene Do

Another lovely, lovely Jaidev-Asha treat especially because I am hearing

Never heard this beautiful song, sung by Brilliant Singer our Dear Asha Ji
in her UNIQUE,soulful voice. Great,touching lyrics. Asha Ji looks very very

this song of ASHA ji is from the very successful private album called ' an
unforgettable treat ' issued by HMV in the early 1970's. IT has sold even
more than 'Dil Padosi Hai' , Burman sahab's tribute to his wife's genius.
HMV as usual wanted Lata ji but finally had to eat humble pie when Jaidev
insisted that only Asha Bhosle would be able to handle these 8 great
tunes..semi-classical singing at its very best.this song is
brilliantly introspective ! love it !

I had heard this LP in the mid seventies at my relative's. Could never
locate the album again since I did not remember the name of the album. Each
song is really outstanding. Thanks for uploading. And also for letting know
the name of the album. One can look up in the Sa Re Ga Ma website and
hopefully get the CD.

hello...it is on her devotional album, Bala Main Bairagan Hungi! i
purchased the CD around 2000, i think it was a 1989 recording? not sure.
then they re-released it as Bala Main Bairagan Ho Gayi... not sure why they
changed the title from future to past? in any case, a google search should
yield results :)

Asha Bhonsle forever ! How beautifully she sang the poetry of Mahadevi
Verma suffusing it with apt emotions. And, of course, Jaidev deserves much
credit for an extremely beautiful semi-classical composition... what a
