I disagree, Hindi poetry is very heartfelt and intense.maybe in this case it wasn't due to the singer. but I wouldn't say ARabic language is more heartfelt

I have also heard the Arabic version, and I generally tend to favor
original ones over the knock-offs. I'll say that in this case, the Arabic
language song probably has better lyrics (Only in this case, it has nothing
to do with either Hindi or Arabic as languages.) but in the Hindi version,
the music and the vocals are better in my opinion, Amr Diab's superstardom
and Amir Jamal's relative obscurity notwithstanding. If you have any doubts
about how heartfelt Hindi is,plz listen to 40s-60s music
