As far as I know this was composed n sung by Ghulam Ali saheb; the video
also seem to b of the time of their (Ghulam Ali n Asha) album only. So most
likely it's composed by Ghulam Ali. Their album was 'Meeraj E Ghazal'.

Don't know about melody queen but this song has been one of the best ever
song or ghazal ( one may like to call it), Asha ji has ever sung.saw this
