im native american. this sounds like something my people would sing. its magnificent. it sounds so ancient and dignified. i must say , this is the best national anthem i have ever heard. i looked up the lyrics. beautiful sentiment. you can see the patriotism and religious faith in their hearts.

Great singers singing a great song for the greatest super-nation.
Europeans are still trying to form a union and get along, breaking the barriers of languages, cultures, religions, etc.
India can lead the way, she has 20 formal languages, 10,000 dialects, 10 religions, and about 40 various cultures, but she is the only mother of all Indians holding them all together for 100 centuries. Super-nation, above all religions, above the heaven and equal to God. That is what India is! our Motherland!

You are right that Europeans are making progress towards civilization, no major war in past 60 years. Not killing 100's of millions of women and children. not gassing millions of innocent people, That's a remarkable progress.
Remember our Marshall plan, that helped you all. By the way , after the world war II, poor German mothers were begging for bread on the streets. So be humble. Or someday again you will beg from China/Japan/India/Brazil

We have enough resources and talented people to pay back all the debts, we are still the largest economy.
What will the Europeans do? China is buying Swedish companies, India is buying British companies. So don't be surprised if you end up selling your Vaterland to them too. Greeks, Romans (Italians) the founder of European civilization are begging.
Last week Japan did offer to rescue Europe from the debt crisis, take it , bow, swallow your false pride & work in Chinese restaurants

Just enjoy the great music from a great culture, the greatest civilization, in the best language ever and be happy. You may not get a second chance. Each of these singers are the best musicians you will ever see, if you don't know that's your ignorance. Learn and that will enlighten you.

Dear India. Though you may not support Kosovo (my countries independence) yet we the Kosovans and Albanians appreciate this anthem, your developing country and the greatness of your people. I have many Indian friends and the culture is rich and this anthem is touching.

Who has given Mr. Rehman the authority to change / remix our National Anthem?

Music is recomposed / remixed to make the duration of our National Anthem from original 52 seconds to nearly 2 minutes.

"Jai He" is actually three times in our National Anthem, here he has changed it to four times. Who has authorised him to do this??????

Rahman has done a fantastic job of Jana Gana Mana. I am sure you know that Tagore's own version was somewhat different from the "official version" of the National anthem now. So some flexibility should always be there as long as it is done with respect to the Mother Land. Positive change is always good for the next generation. Jai Hind!
