In 1988 or 1989 Doordashan had showed jogan as a late night movie. which I
can't forget. The screen presence of dilip kumar and nargis and a dozen or
more good songs were really awesome. I think the excellent music director
bulo c rani who was lesser known in the film world and who died in abject
poverty some years ago had got full exposure in this film. Geeta dutt's
rendition was also wonderful. I request you in this context to hear this
bhajan sung by juthika roy also

The lyrics of this song is by Kabir. I remember studying this poem in class
8th or so and only Kabir, Surdas, and Tulsidas among the old poets were
part of the curricular. Meerabai, surprisingly, was not in the course, so
this poem could not have been of Meerabai. I may be wrong, but this needs
to be checked up.
