Simple, don't show his hands. Like the stunt scenes where they don't show
hero's face, this would have looked better than this way of depiction.

Apparently, Gautham Menon (director-RHTDM) was being controlled by producer
Vashu Bhaghani to picturize some songs his way rather than stick to the
director's vision. Bhaghani being feeble minded, forced Menon to stay away
from Hindi cinema and gave mega hits down south (Kaaka Kaaka now remade as
FORCE with Nishkant Kamat & music: Harris Jayaraj too.) Now he's coming
back with Hindi version of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya with Prateik Babbar.
Fantastic film.
